New Brandon branch is OPEN FOR BUSINESS

When the new entity, Sunrise Credit Union was formed, it was with the intent of ensuring our members had better access to their accounts, a greater selection of products and exceptional services for all their financial needs.

One of the ways we're delivering on that promise is through the opening of our new Brandon branch.

The new branch, located at 824 - 18th Street, will be our 13th Sunrise Credit Union branch, meaning members can access all their accounts from any of those 13 locations. We know our members are on the move and we think they'll find this additional urban location a real convenience. And, as more than one thousand of our current members have a Brandon address, we're confident there will be a direct and meaningful benefit not only to them, but to their community as a whole.

Towards that end we've hired a dynamic team of 6 financial services professionals for our Brandon branch. We know you'll be impressed with their level of knowledge and experience and their genuine desire to serve all your financial needs.

With the hiring of these six individuals, Sunrise has gained nearly 90 years of combined credit union and financial industry experience. This strategic move will ensure you will receive exceptional, professional financial advice with the caring, friendly approach you've always been able to count on.

When you enter the branch you'll find our Office Supervisor, Janice Demers (12 years credit union experience.) Janice is joined by our Member Services Representatives, Kim Kunka (20 years credit union experience) and Angie Wedgewood (2 plus years credit union experience). You'll receive a warm welcome from our dedicated team, ready to guide you to the products and services that suit you best.

Mike Brolund (25 years service in the financial industry) and Randy Kuz (20 years service in credit unions) will make your business OUR business, providing agricultural and commercial members with lines-of-credit, operating loans, equipment loans and business growth management strategies.

Charlie (Cheryl) Gunning (9 plus years as a mortgage broker) will be heading up the personal/mortgage lending part of the branch. She will be pleased to speak with you about your personal goals and aspirations. Family getting larger? – maybe it's time for a bigger home. Dreaming of a new car? Come and talk with Charlie.

We've ensured that our new Brandon branch is a welcoming environment. And it's equipped with a latest technology for greater security.

Members and non-members alike are welcome to bring their container of change to our new coin counter. Enjoy a cup of coffee with us and we'll trade your unwanted coins for the paper money equivalent.
