As the “Official Volunteer Partner”, Sunrise Credit Union would like to send a huge welcome to all the volunteers who are helping to make the 2019 Tim Hortons Brier a success.

Like you, Sunrise Credit Union has a deep commitment to enriching the social fabric of our community through volunteerism. Not only do Sunrise employees participate in community activities as part of their paid work, they also represent the credit union during their unpaid time off. Volunteerism is so important that it has become an integral part of employee performance evaluations, so as our base of employees increases, so does the positive impact we have on the communities we serve.

In the past year alone, Sunrise Credit Union staff volunteered over 7,000 hours of community service.

Not only do we donate our time to world class events such as the Tim Hortons Brier, we serve on boards and committees, helping to provide financial and management expertise for everything ranging from sports leagues and service organizations to charitable foundations and schools.
