(the “Credit Union”)

TO:    ALL MEMBERS OF THE CREDIT UNION

TAKE NOTICE THAT the annual meeting of the Members of the Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, the 23rd day of April, 2019, at the Grandview Kinsmen Community Center, 111 Burrows Street, Grandview, Manitoba for the following purposes:

1.    To consider the annual report of the directors, the financial statements and the auditor’s report;
2.    To receive the nominating committee report;
3.    To appoint an auditor;

Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. with the meeting to follow.
