– On Sunday, September 8th, our members experienced a service interruption with debit card, mobile payment and ATM transactions.

This interruption was caused by a critical power outage at our transaction processing partner, which resulted in a service-wide ‘All Services Outage.’

This outage was widespread across credit unions in Manitoba and Ontario and lasted for several hours despite our partner working diligently to resolve the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience this interruption caused our members.

Credit Union Central of Manitoba also released this information on Sunday's outage.
