Sunrise Credit Union is pleased to be working with local educator and entrepreneur Nick Onischuk to sponsor the Talking Toonies Podcast.
Onischuk has been coordinating and instructing at an annual financial literacy workshop for over 100 Brandon and area teachers for several years and has also spoken to first-year Brandon University students on topics related to financial literacy.
The Talking Toonies Podcast will deliver information on specific financial planning and money management topics and has a motto of ‘Average people talking average money concepts, with the hopes of creating a not-so-average financial future for the listener.’
Financial literacy is one of Sunrise Credit Union’s corporate social values and this podcast will provide value to members and non-members alike in a popular format.
