Technical Difficulties

We are making progress by the day with the investigation into the cyber incident identified at Sunrise Credit Union on June 8. Our branches are open, with basic services seamless and deposits and transactions processing as quickly as possible.  We continue to serve our customers through online and mobile app banking, ATM, and Point of Sale services.

Out of an abundance of caution, some systems were taken offline and our members may experience delays as a result, including with relation to lending services.

We continue to monitor the situation, and will provide further updates as necessary.

A cyber incident was identified at Sunrise Credit Union on June 8. We initiated standard incident response processes, rapidly shutting down access, introducing strengthened security measures, and bringing on external experts to support an investigation.

The incident was contained, and systems are secure. In-branch services have been limited, however, we continue to serve our customers through online and mobile app banking, ATM, and Point of Sale services.

We continue to monitor the situation, and we will provide further updates as necessary.
