Fraud Prevention
Sunrise Credit Union takes every step possible to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your funds and personal information.
Our products and services include the ability to set up Security Alerts to notify you via email and/or text of potential fraudulent activity, such as a change to your Personal Access Code (PAC), as soon as it happens.
You can also receive alerts for Balance and Activity purposes that will notify you of things such as withdrawals, low balance, and insufficient funds, while Payment Alerts can also be set up to notify you of such things as a scheduled payment failing.
YOU play a key role, as arming yourself with the information you need to fight fraud will keep yourself, your family and your money safe.
