Push Alerts

Sunrise has added Push Alerts to MemberDirect which will further assist our members to manage their accounts and help prevent fraudulent activity.

Push Alerts is an expansion of our current Direct Alerts where members can set them up to receive emails and/or text messages when specific events occur on the member’s account.

Below is a listing of alerts that are available.

Immediate Alerts:
Deposit Exceeding – notifies user if a deposit exceeds a threshold they have set. Transaction types – ATM, POS, e-Transfers
Withdrawal Exceeding -– notifies user if a withdrawal exceeds a threshold they have set. Minimum $100.00 Transaction types – ATM, POS, e-Transfers, cheque, Pre Authorized Debit, Online Bill Payment

Event Based Immediate Alerts
Low Balance – notifies user if available or current balance falls below a threshold they have set
Insufficient funds – notifies user if their available balance is insufficient for immediate transaction
Scheduled transfer failed – notifies user if their future dated or recurring transfer failed
Scheduled payment failed – notifies user if their future dated or recurring bill payment failed

Periodic Alerts

My Balance – notifies user of their available or current account balance. This can be set at daily, weekly or monthly.
Loan / Mortgage Maturing – notifies user 3 days in advance of their loan or mortgage maturing
Loan / Mortgage Due – notifies user 3 days in advance of a payment due date
Recurring Transaction Warning – notifies user if future dated or recurring transfer or bill payment may fail
Term Deposit Maturing – notifies user 3 days in advance of maturity date
RRSP Maturing – notifies user 3 days in advance of maturity date
RRIF Maturing – notifies user 3 days in advance of maturity date
