MemberDirect® Online Banking

Get total convenience of 24-hour online access to your accounts. All you have to do is open MemberDirect® Online Access through the Internet. You can manage your money at home any time of the day or night, whenever it suits your schedule. MemberDirect® Online Access lets you do almost anything you can do at your local credit union. And we’re continually upgrading the system to add more new features. Your Personal Access Code (PAC) guarantees that the system is entirely secure. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to use.

Here’s what you need to get started:

  • If you do not already have an account with Sunrise Credit Union, you’ll need to open one.
  • You’ll also need a Personal Access Code (PAC). This code ensures the security and confidentiality of the system. Contact us, and we can set one up for you.

With MemberDirect® Online Access, you can: 

  • Transfer funds. (future dated, immediate, recurring)
  • View and print your statement information with e-Statements.
  • Pay bills. (current or postdated)
  • Search for specific account information
  • Access your Credit Union MEMBER CARD® debit card account information.
  • Transfer funds from one member number to another within the credit union.

Note: When accessing the MemberDirect online banking system, Sunrise Credit Union recommends that members NOT use Internet Explorer (IE).
