Find an ATM or Branch in Seconds

Need cash on the go? Looking for a branch? The Find Us feature in the Sunrise Lite app uses your location to show nearby branches and Ding Free® ATMs, so you can withdraw cash without paying extra ATM fees, as they don't charge you for using them.

Deposit A Cheque Anywhere

With Deposit Anywhere, simply snap a photo of the front and back of your cheque using the Sunrise Lite app and follow the prompts. It's fast, secure, free, and just as safe as making a deposit in person.

After depositing, hold onto your cheque for 90 days before disposing of it.

Need a Void Cheque?

Setting up payroll or automatic payments is a breeze with digital banking. You can download a digital void cheque anytime through the Sunrise Lite app or online banking. Simply select the account you need and choose the digital void cheque option under Account Details.

Ordering Cheques

Almost out of cheques? You can order more directly through online banking under Account Services. Choose your quantity, and if you need to make any address changes just fill out all of the fields of the form. If you have questions, your local branch is just a phone call away.

Set Up Automatic Transfers

If you're saving for a specific goal or building an emergency fund, you can set up automatic transfers and let your savings grow without having to think about it.

For example, transfer $100 automatically from your chequing account to your savings account or Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) every payday. Small consistent deposits can add up over time and help you reach your financial goals with less effort.

Set this up under Transfers in online banking or on the Sunrise Lite app.

E-Transfers

Pay your friend, split dinner, or send money to family in just a few taps.

Interac e-Transfer® lets you send and receive money securely using only an email address or mobile phone number - no banking information needs to be shared. You can do this through online banking or on the Sunrise Lite app.

Pay Your Bills Online

Forget writing cheques or visiting multiple websites to get your bills paid.

You can pay most of your bills through online banking or the Sunrise Lite app. You can also schedule recurring payments, so your bills are paid automatically and on time without having to worry about remembering if you paid it or not.

To get started, log in to online banking or the Sunrise Lite app and select the Scheduled option.

Stay Connected to Your Accounts

E-Statements

You can access e-statements at any time through your online banking. Simply login and visit My Accounts to view, print or download your statement.

Wondering what today's savings rates are? Simply open the Sunrise Lite app and tap Rates to view the latest account rates anytime. Stay informed and make decisions with ease.

Account Alerts

Turn on alerts to receive notifications whenever someone signs in to your online banking or changes your Personal Access Code. It's an easy way to keep an eye on your account activity.

Alerts can be managed through the Sunrise Lite app or online banking under Messages & Alerts.

Lock'N'Block®

Misplaced your debit card? Lock it instantly through the app or online banking. Just choose Debit Card Management then pick the card you want to lock – it's that easy!

If you find your card later, simply unlock it with the tap of a button. No phone calls. No waiting.

2-Step Verification

For added security, you can enable 2-step verification in the Sunrise Lite app. Once enabled, whenever you sign in from a new device, a verification code will be sent by email or text. You'll need to enter this code to confirm your identity and complete the sign-in process. Find this under Settings.
