When resetting your password in Sunrise Online Banking or the Sunrise Mobile App, please ensure your new password meets the updated requirements.
Your new password must:
- Be at least 12 characters long.
- Include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
- Use only the following special characters, if including special characters: ! @ # $ % ^ ( ) *
Once your new password meets these requirements, follow the prompts to complete your password reset.
